Can-Do Kitchen
Brand new food businesses as well as existing businesses will find a home in our kitchen. Our hourly rental includes all facility overhead, so kitchen members don’t have to deal with the headaches of running a kitchen. Our experienced Kitchen Manager is there to offer advice on how to set up an efficient production process and workflow that will benefit you in the long run. We can point you in the right direction for ServSafe certification and walk through your unique licensing process.
Can-Do Kitchen as a shared kitchen space and food incubator has been our specialty for since 2008.

What Products Can Be Made in Our Kitchen?
Baked goods, canned beverages, sauces, acidified canned products, fresh meals, meal kits, kombucha, dehydrated foods, coffee, packaged meat products that are only for sale directly to customers, catered foods, food-based wellness products. [Note: alcoholic beverages, wholesale meat products, CBD or THC-containing products, cleaning products, and inoculated dairy products cannot be produced in our kitchen.]

Our 1,800-square foot kitchen offers 2 prep pods, a cooking pod and a dish washing area. Cold, frozen, and dry storage are also available.

Kitchen Daily/Hourly Event Rate
Often, new caterers have a single event that they would like to do, but have not gone through the licensing or business startup steps yet. Our kitchen is available to non-members for one-time use for $25/hr. You will need to obtain a temporary license from the County. Please allow a minimum of 2 weeks before your event to obtain your license, see the facility, and discuss scheduling. The following factors have to be considered:
- Licensing
- Communication with health inspectors
- Staffing (someone will be at the kitchen for orientation and questions)
- Kitchen availability and coordination
