Our Facilities
Can-Do Kalamazoo is located at 3501 Lake Street. Next year, we are moving to a larger, more centralized building at 519 S. Park Street, near downtown Kalamazoo. Our new space will have open-format areas with co-working desks, a classroom, conference rooms, office rentals, a multipurpose space with access to caterers, and an expanded commercial kitchen. Our amenities will empower small businesses to grow, network, and learn in both shared and individual spaces. Can-Do Kalamazoo is becoming THE hub for entrepreneurship – walking through our doors puts you on the pathway toward success and connects you to the right resources at the right time for you.

Our 1,800-square foot kitchen offers 2 prep pods, a cooking pod and a dish washing area. Cold, frozen, and dry storage are also available.

Kitchen Daily/Hourly Event Rate
Often, new caterers have a single event that they would like to do, but have not gone through the licensing or business startup steps yet. Our kitchen is available to non-members for one-time use for $25/hr. You will need to obtain a temporary license from the County. Please allow a minimum of 2 weeks before your event to obtain your license, see the facility, and discuss scheduling. The following factors have to be considered:
- Licensing
- Communication with health inspectors
- Staffing (someone will be at the kitchen for orientation and questions)
- Kitchen availability and coordination
